Sean L. Robertson, J.D., Esq. is the Principal and Managing Partner of Robertson Law Group, LLC and is a dedicated Wealth Preservation Attorney with extensive experience and concentration in asset protection, estate planning and elder law, corporation organization and business structuring, and commercial litigation.
Sean completed his Juris Doctorate (J.D.) at DePaul University College of Law in 2003 with a concentration in Tax and Wealth law. For his undergraduate degree, he graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science in Political Science. He is admitted to, and remains an active member of, the Cook County Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association.
Unlike most attorneys, Sean has a passion and expertise in tax planning and asset protection law. Currently he serves as the Nationwide Asset Protection Attorney for Debt Counsel for Seniors and the Disabled where he counsels and advises seniors and business clients on asset protection.
Sean also has extensive experience representing physicians, dentists, police officers, and business owners. He is able to provide these individuals expertise and assistance in order to properly structure business ventures to minimize tax burden and maximize liability protection.
Sean is an active member of his community and routinely volunteers his legal talents and time. He has volunteered his legal talents with Alderman Walter Burnett and Alderman Toni Preckwinkle where Sean counsels community residents pro bono on their legal rights and options.
When Sean is not practicing law, he enjoys playing golf, keeping up with current events, and has a passion for sports with a dedication to the hometown Chicago Bears and Chicago Bulls.
